ANNOUNCEMENTS

Join us next week at 9:30 AM for Sunday School!

Children will leave following song service for Jr. Church.  

• The teens are taking off for the Iowa State Fair following cowboy church this afternoon to see the Christian group Cain. Keep them in your prayers as they travel to and from Des Moines and that they have a great time of worship together.
• There will be a Back-to-School Prayer Night tomorrow, August 21^st at 7:00 PM following Moravia’s open house, meeting in front of the elementary school doors. All are welcome and encouraged to come pray over our school, staff, children, and parents as we begin the new school year. Please also keep our college kids in your prayers for a safe year and that they can be a light for the Lord in their journey ahead!
• Next Sunday, August 27^th is our Sunday School Promotion Day! There will be a small ceremony at the beginning of Sunday school to celebrate our children moving up into their new classes.
• Children’s quizzing will start Wednesday, August 30^th. They will be studying the book of Matthew. Practices will be on Wednesdays at 6:00 PM with children’s church to follow. Please reach out to Tami Swaby or Alycia Proctor for more info.
• Join us for a Back-to-School Bash here at the church Sunday, September 3^rd from 5:00 -7:00 PM. There will be food, fun, and games for family members of all ages. Bring your lawn chairs and a dish to share!
• Our church is turning 80 years old! Help us celebrate our church on Sunday, September 17^th. We are looking for photos and written memories that you would like to share with us. There will be cards in the lobby that you can fill out and return. Please reach out to Jordan Hall if you have any questions.
• All Day Crafts has been moved to Friday, October 6^th.
