Join us next week at 9:30 AM for Sunday School!
Our kids will be leaving for Children’s Church following song service.

• Stephanie Glick’s Bible Verse Mapping Sunday School class has started a new series on “Prayer”. They would love for you to join them!

• The Traveling Nazarenes are going to Texas Roadhouse on Thursday, August 29th and will be leaving the church parking lot at 2:30 PM (this is a time change, it was originally announced that they were leaving at 9:00 AM). This is for ALL ages! If you would like to go, please sign up in the foyer. See Lois McAllister with any questions.

• Tonight, there will be an intro meeting for Teen Bible Quizzing for any 7th-12th graders that are interested at 4:15 PM. Following their quizzing meeting, from 5-7 PM the teens will have a water night so don’t forget their suit and towel!

• Tuesday, August 20th at 7:00 PM there will be a Community Back-To-School Prayer Night held outside of the Moravia Elementary school doors. All are welcome!! We encourage you to join us as we pray over the school, staff, and students as they begin another school year.

• Children’s quizzing will start practices every Wednesday at 5:45 PM beginning August 28th! If you have a 1st through 6th grader, we would love to have them join us this year as we study the book of Acts! Quiz meets are at 10:00 AM every second Saturday of the month starting in October and ends with Districts in May. Please see Tami Swaby or Alycia Proctor for more information.

• September 1st starting at 6:00 PM come and help us kick off the back-to-school season with an evening full of fun! We will start out in the sanctuary for a concert by Westward Road. We will then have a fellowship meal in the gym followed by games and the inflatables. Bring a lawn chair and a dish to share and invite all of your friends and family!
• Westward Road is an exciting and dynamic family trio that provides a unique blend of gospel and modern worship music. Their inspiring style of music along with their smooth family harmonies and ability to lead God’s people into His presence through worship will have audiences of all ages falling in love with this fun and energetic family.

 Rowynn Warren- Linda Welch’s niece, was transferred out of the ICU after her liver transplant.
 Natalie Oldham- continued prayers for healing.

 BJ Welch- recovery from spinal surgery.
 Shaun Fritchey- recovery from thyroid removal surgery.
 Mervin & Linda McDanel- Linda is recovering from surgery, Mervin is waiting to hear from doctors about cancer in his kidneys.
