Nursery workers:

OPEN but will NOT have workers due to social distancing.

  • Today TNT will be meeting after the morning service. Pasta will be provided. If you are planning to attend, please bring a side dish or desert. If you are joining the group leaving for KY today TNT invites you to join them for lunch.
  • Register NOW for VBS! This year’s VBS “The Knights of North Castle” will be June 7th – June 11 Please preregister by May 10th to guarantee your child will receive a T-Shirt. You can register online at lighthousenaz.org.
  • Iowa Holiness Association Camp Meeting will be June 13th – 18th in University Park, Iowa. If you would like more information, you can visit IowaHolinessAssociation.org.
  • Baccalaureate Service will be May 5th at the Grace United Method Church at 7:00 PM. If your child is a graduate of the 2021 class, we invite you, your family, and friends to come and be a part of this celebration of our seniors. We will not be having our regular Wednesday evening services on the 5th so families can attend the Baccalaureate.
  • Center Shot will start June 16th at 6:30 PM. Children going into 4th grade to 7th grade are invited to attend. If you would like to volunteer to help with Center Shot, please contact Steve Davidson or the Church office.
  • This years Church Board Elections will begin TODAY. If you are a church member you will be able to collect your ballot at the welcome center in the vestibule shortly before and after services. The last day of voting will be Wednesday May 12th.
  • Sunday May 16th is Moravia High School’s Graduation (ceremony will be held in the new gym at 2 PM). We will also have Steve Friskup from Muleshoe Cowboy Fellowship speaking for our morning services. There will not be any PM services to allow families to be with their graduates.
  • We need volunteers for Sunday School to help bring our children up in the word and strengthen their foundation of faith. “Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.” 2 Tim 2:15. “And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.” 2 Tim 3:15. If you would be willing to help teach in a Sunday School class or to help by subbing for a teacher, please see Heather Whitney.
  • Moravia Community Blood Drive will be May 18th. Please see Carol Martin to make an appointment.
